“When I was five years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life.
When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up.
I wrote down “h a p p y”.
They told me I didn’t understand the assignment,
and
I told them they didn’t understand life

When I was in a child I remember saying pretty much the same thing….. After realising as an adult just how hard happiness can be to find I sometimes wonder whether or not I’d jinxed myself by asking for the one things that seems to be the most illusive find. These days I wonder if I should have said that all I wanted to be was wealthy….. at least the chase for money is something that most people have no difficulties understanding….. Still I love this quote and once again I simply had to share it = )
If “I may” say, happy is not caused by wealthy or money its how we live our life with sincerity. I am not wealthy as well but I tried to see those who had less than me it will make me feel rich.
Thank you so much for reblogging, it’s an honor.
